This Privacy Policy describes how BYOP by Monarch Pools & Outdoor Living ("BYOP," "we," "us," or "our"), a fixed-price pool program built and warrantied by Monarch Pools & Outdoor Living, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit byoppools.com (the "Site") or submit information through it. By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.
Information you provide. When you submit our reservation or contact forms, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, phone number, email address, street address, the pool package and options you configured, your project timeline, and anything you write in a message field.
Information collected automatically. The Site is a static website. We do not set tracking cookies, run advertising pixels, or operate analytics that identify you. Our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps) for security and operations.
